It is the sharpest companies that focus on finding their target customers, rather than solely competing on price! The problem: What company does not claim to offer the best product at the best price with the best service? They all do, which is why your company’s credibility is the most important factor in today’s competitive market. Referrals are the most preferred method for prospecting new clients. They have already developed a level of trust with you and have sought you out because they believe you can help them, but how can a business capitalize on word of mouth advertising, the most credible and cost effective marketing, to drive business in a competitive market? It is not easy and takes more work than advertising the same message your competitors are delivering in traditional mediums. Consumers want to know what your qualifications are and if you truly deliver what your client’s expect? It is not enough to just say it, they want proof because your competitors claim they can do a great job too. Fortunately you are up to the task. You deliver what your clients are expecting and are willing to stand by your product or service. You know you walk the walk and talk the talk and are willing to be rated and listen to feedback from your clients. You would challenge your competition to do the same!
